We are looking for an energetic team player to join our growing team as an HVAC Maintenance Technician and Assistant Installer! We’ve been in business for over 23 years, proudly serving residences and commercial properties in Palm Beach and Broward counties. We are fortunate to have a large and loyal customer base that we would like to grow with as we have comprehensive business growth plans in place. This role is a key part of our team, offers a great springboard for your career growth in the industry, and is responsible for positive, professional and goal-oriented interactions with Customers, other Field Staff, Office Staff and Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help install new air conditioning systems from several top manufacturers

- Perform preventative maintenance service calls and an associated checklist of A/C system inspection services

- Assess and perform basic system diagnostics and repairs

- On call rotation after 90 days of successful employment

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years’ experience in HVAC industry

- Ability to handle physical daily workload

- Positive, motivated and authentic team player

- High school diploma or equivalent
